Yes. The package price is the final price including 19% VAT — no surprise charges, no hidden fees. The Abmeldung itself is free at the Bürgeramt, so there are no official fees on top.

Basic if you only need the deregistration. Comfort if one add-on comes with it — cancel the radio tax (GEZ), mail forwarding, or cancellation dispatch (one included). All-Inclusive if you want everything handled at once: GEZ, mail forwarding, six cancellations by registered post, originals by post, and priority support.

Each person needs their own Abmeldung, but they run as a single case with one invoice — you pick the package per person. Each additional person on Basic costs roughly €50 instead of the full individual price.

Yes. Radio-tax cancellation, mail forwarding, registration certificate, vehicle and business deregistration are all available à la carte, with no package required. The individual prices are further down this page.

99-day guarantee: if we cannot file your case with the authority and you cannot supply the requested proof, we refund the Basic fee. Over ten years this affected about 0.4% of cases — the rest went through cleanly.

Payment is by card via Stripe inside the booking flow. You receive the invoice with VAT shown right after booking — and you can always find the link in your customer account.
