What happens, if I change my mind and want to cancel my package?

Generally, we do not offer full refunds as we have created your documents individually for you after booking and you can cancel with them (even at a later date). We can downgrade your personal/premium package as long as we have not sent your documents to our self-service and refund the difference.

Please note that you are not entitled to a full refund if the mailing has already taken place or if you go to the Citizen’s Office in person to deregister your residence during our ongoing process, you are not entitled to a full refund. In this case, premium customers can reclaim up to 50 Euros, and Personal Assistant customers can reclaim 25 Euros. Please send us proof that you have deregistered locally.
